  1. I’m attempting to write a first book–essays and poems about living with bipolar disorder–and still working on the manuscript. Your many writings have proven a valuable research resource, plus 25 years of diagnosed bipolar living is my basis. Everybody has a story. I’m ready to share mine.

    1. I’m so glad you’ve found my blog useful. I too am writing a book of poetry and have put together a 40K word manuscript detailing my experiences, initially with depression, but then bipolar. I’ve found doing this very therapeutic, and am sure you do too. I think it’s so important that those of us who have bipolar share with fellow sufferers, and the wider community, our experiences of living with such a difficult condition. Take care and I wish you well! Scott
